Please read these Terms carefully before using our Service.

1. Interpretation & Definitions

Company, We, Us, or Our refers to Imagistars. You refers to the individual using our Service. Service denotes the Imagistars digital platform and website. All capitalized terms follow the definitions provided here.

2. Acknowledgment

These terms govern your use of Imagistars services. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to comply with these terms and our Privacy Policy, so please read both. If you disagree, please do not use our Service. You confirm you are at least 18 years old or using the Service under parental supervision.

3. Privacy & Data Protection

Your use of Imagistars is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, use, and safeguard your personal data and uploaded images.

4. Payment Processing

All payments are handled securely via Stripe. We accept all payment methods supported by Stripe in your region, including major credit/debit cards.

5. Customization Services

Currently, you may personalize our existing stories by adding your child’s photo, name, and other details. Creating fully custom stories is not yet available but will be introduced soon.

6. Digital & Print Options

You may purchase a digital-only version of the book. Printed versions can be added later via your account under “Print Book,” where you may pay additional fees for printing and shipping.

7. Delivery & Shipping

• Digital Version: Delivered instantly post-purchase to your email.

• Printed Version: Shipping time and cost depend on your location and selected carrier.

8. International Orders

We ship printed books worldwide. Any customs duties, import taxes, or fees are your responsibility.

9. Order Changes & Cancellations

You may cancel or modify your order only before it has been finalized. After finalization or delivery, changes may require placing a new order.

10. Refunds

Full refunds are available if your book hasn’t been finalized. Once a personalized digital file is delivered—or a printed book shipped—refunds are not permitted.

11. Third-Party Services

We may link to external websites or services. Imagistars is not responsible for their content, privacy policies, or practices.

12. Disclaimers & Liability Limitations

Our Service is provided "AS IS" without warranties. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the affected product(s), or up to $100, whichever is lower. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

13. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Imagistars immediately—without notice—if you violate these terms.

14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These terms are governed by U.S. law (or your local jurisdiction if outside the U.S.). Any disputes should be raised with our support team first; unresolved issues may be escalated through legal processes as applicable.

15. Severability & Waiver

If any provision is deemed invalid, the rest remain in effect. Failure to enforce a right does not constitute a waiver.

16. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms occasionally. Significant revisions will be communicated via notice or email at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use implies acceptance.
